Most lawn care companies follow a rigid schedule and apply products whether conditions are ideal or not.
Our approach is different.
Every property is treated individually. When we arrive for an application, we evaluate current lawn conditions before applying any product.
If weather conditions are not ideal — such as drought stress or extreme heat — we may postpone an application to protect your lawn.
During visits we also make observations about the property, such as:
early signs of disease or pests
irrigation issues
thinning turf areas
soil health conditions
This allows us to adjust treatments based on what your lawn actually needs.

Each of our lawn fertility programs is priced based on your lawn’s square footage. This allows homeowners to choose the program that fits their goals while keeping the cost proportional to the size of their property, giving you flexibility and control over your budget.

Macronutrient Applications: This program includes four applications of macronutrients. These macronutrients help your grass thrive and stay green all season long.
Weed Control: This program includes post emergence and pre emergent control of broadleaf weeds and annual grasses. Client has option of opting out of weed control for a more organic approach.
We can also tailor to only control weeds during a heavy infestation of weeds that threatens the mortality of your turf.
All Season Grub Control: This program includes guaranteed grub control that lasts all season in your lawn.
Organic Application: This program includes an organic application of fertilizer. Organic applications feed the soil for long term grass health.
Core Aeration: This program includes annual core aeration to your turf. Paired with an organic application, we find that this step creates immaculate results in your lawn and helps the turf resist pests, drought and traffic.

This program is designed for clients who want a naturally healthy, environmentally conscious lawn without the use of synthetic fertilizers or chemicals. Our signature organic program strengthens turf from the soil up, using organic materials that improve soil biology, promote deep root growth and create long term lawn health.
Organic Applications: Each visit includes an organic fertilizer application that enriches soil quality and supports consistent grass growth throughout the season. Organic applications release nutrients slowly and safely, helping your lawn stay green, resilient, and naturally vigorous.
Soil pH Balance: This program includes lime applications to balance soil pH. Proper soil pH allow your turf to fully absorb nutrients and maintain optimal color and density.
Core Aeration: Core aeration is included to improve airflow, water penetration, and nutrient uptake. Aeration reduces compaction, enhances root development, and supports healthier and thicker turfgrass.
Weed Control/Optional: To maintain a fully organic program, chemical weed control is not included. However clients may opt in for targeted weed treatments if experiencing a heavy infestation that threatens turf health.

Pre-Emergence Weed Control: This program includes pre emergent control to help prevent annual grasses and early-season weeds from establishing. Lasts 4-6 weeks.
